Pengreen Design is the trading name used by Leticia Thais Mendonça, CNPJ 22.099.388/0001-62, the operator of this website and controller of personal information collected through it. Contact talkto@pengreendesign.com for privacy requests. This policy covers browsing, inquiries, Pingo chat and meeting scheduling. Client projects may be governed by separate agreements.
2. Information we process
You may provide your name, company, role, email address, project description, messages and scheduling preferences. Our infrastructure may process IP addresses, device and browser information, access times, pages visited, referral information, and security logs. Only share information needed for your inquiry; do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data through chat.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to answer inquiries, understand projects, prepare proposals, arrange meetings, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, and maintain business and legal records. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be based on steps you request before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent where required. Marketing communications, if offered, remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
4. Pingo and meeting scheduling
Pingo is an automated assistant. Messages and relevant conversation context may be sent to AI service providers to generate replies and understand your inquiry. Chat transcripts and lead information are stored using our Supabase infrastructure so conversations can continue and our team can follow up. The AI provider can depend on the assistant configuration. Google Calendar supports scheduling and receives information needed to arrange the meeting. You can email us instead of using chat or scheduling tools.
5. Cookies, analytics and embedded services
The website can use browser storage for chat sessions and language preferences, and integrations for analytics, tags or embedded content. Enabled third-party tools may receive technical and usage information. Browser controls can limit cookies or storage, although some features may then stop working. Contact us for information about the currently enabled integrations or to raise a concern about tracking.
6. Service providers and sharing
Hosting, database, AI, email, analytics and scheduling providers may process information as needed to operate these features. We may also disclose information to meet legal requirements or protect rights, security and safety. Private inquiries are not published as testimonials without an appropriate basis or permission. Third-party services have their own privacy notices.
7. International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. International transfers are subject to the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your interaction.
8. Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose, business relationship, legal recordkeeping requirements, disputes and security needs. Inquiry and meeting records may need to be retained after a conversation ends. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, anonymization, restriction, portability or information about sharing; object to processing; or withdraw consent. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority, including Brazil’s ANPD.
10. Children and external links
The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not designed to collect children’s information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal data. External websites and embedded services operate under their own policies.
