If you do not agree, stop using the website. Professional services are governed by separate written proposals, statements of work or agreements.
2. Services and results
Website descriptions, availability, deliverables, prices and timelines are general information and are confirmed in the project agreement. Portfolio results and testimonials describe particular circumstances and do not guarantee identical outcomes for other projects.
3. Permitted use
You may browse and share links for lawful personal or business research. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape in a way that disrupts service, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website text, branding, graphics, illustrations and design belong to Pengreen Design or are used with permission. Do not reproduce, sell or present them as your own without authorization, except as permitted by law. Client and third-party names, logos and materials remain their owners’ property. Links must not falsely imply endorsement or partnership.
5. Pingo, forms and scheduling
Pingo is an automated assistant for general information and contacting the team. It may be unavailable, incomplete or inaccurate. Its replies are not binding quotations, professional advice or service commitments. Do not send confidential source code, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data without a secure, agreed process. A meeting is confirmed by the scheduling system or our direct confirmation.
6. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website is processed. External links and integrated scheduling, communications or media services are operated by third parties and may have separate terms and privacy notices.
